1. Verify The Property You Want is Still Available

Use the chat button or call us at (877) 331-4888. Our inventory is always changing, so please make sure that the property you want is available before driving a long distance to view. We can also help you determine the properties in our inventory that meet the criteria that you are looking for.

2. View The Property

An Onsite Inspection is Recommended before buying land from us. We will do our best to tell you everything we know, but nothing replaces the value of doing your own research and due diligence.

3. Determine What Type of Financing is Needed

You can choose our In-House Financing, but it certainly is not a requirement when buying land from us. We encourage you to shop for the best financing arrangement possible. In fact, we would be happy to provide a referral list of banks that finance raw land.

4. Reserve the Property

To reserve a property, the following is needed: 1) Fill out an application 2) Sign A Purchase Agreement 3) Provide $500 deposit to be placed in escrow until closing. The application and purchase agreement can be sent to the buyer using email or fax. The $500 deposit can be paid on dgschell.com using the Make A Payment button in the top right hand corner of the home page. Once the paperwork and deposit are received, the property will be placed on reserve for you. It’s that simple!

5. Receive Title Making You the Owner

We can have the paperwork prepared by a lawyer and ready to transfer to you within 14 days if needed. Once the papers are signed, the property is now yours to enjoy!
